1986 HJ75 Toyota Landcruiser Troop Carrier - Australia import.

On offer is a turn key Troopy. All major upgrades are already completed. The slow 2H motor was pulled and replaced with a Toyota 12H-T turbo diesel in house at Fit Garage. The 12H-T motor is direct injection and gear driven. No timing belt or chain to worry about. It averages 18-20mpg and sounds like a mini cummins 12v. This truck is an absolute joy to drive.

The drive train has been gone through, with front knuckle/brake rebuild, new clutch, etc. New Dobinson suspension was installed with all new bushings, shocks, hardware, etc. The transfer case was also rebuilt with upgraded gears, along with rebuilt and balanced drivelines.

The vintage Trakka pop top has new fabric in GREY and Floral.

Front Bumper is vintage Australian and aluminum. It was powder coated black, but does have a dent.

The frame is 100% rust free, however the body does show some rust around the roof and lower sills as is usual for Australian 70 series. The windshield also has damage from a baseball sized rock, which is hidden behind the rear view mirror.
